Q: Do I need to change my pipes, wires or meters?
A: Thankfully no
Q: Will my prices be fixed?
A: Once we obtain prices for you we prepare a quotation showing you the price and contract options available. These are usually 12, 24 and 36 months. The decision on which of these you choose is entirely yours and we will not pressurise you into choosing any particular supplier.
Q: What if I move premises?
A: In some circumstances you can move the contract with you and in others you will need to negotiate a new one, every case is different but we will advise you on which is the best option.
Q: What happens when my contract comes to an end?
A: Your details will be kept on our database so that well before your contract ends we will be in touch to negotiate a new contract for you. By adopting this method not only can you rest assured that your lowest prices will continue without a break but also that you won’t be ‘rolled over’ into a new contract at higher prices.
